Ford F-150 fuel injectors performance

I have a 2004 ford f 150 v8 fx4 , I just switched out
spark plugs and upgraded to AUS performance fuel
injectors , trucks running a little rough on idle but
has balls still no check engine light no stalling. Do I
have to reprogram the ECU ??? And if so what do
you recommend how to do it?

It has balls? Please post a picture. I would have used genuine Ford fuel injectors which are made for it.
I meant like it still has power to go . That’s what I mean when I say it has balls
No picture of its balls? What a disappointment. A 2004 F150 NEVER had any balls.
You don't get more power with performance fuel injectors unless the engine has been upgraded to be able to use more fuel. I would not be surprised to find your engine is now running rich. A custom tune could probably fix the running rich issue but like Bob says all you need is stock injectors.
He didn't mention which engine, but I'd bet it is the 5.4 which is problematic at high miles if oil changes have been neglected. The resulting low oil pressure at hot idle (under 15- 20 psi) will cause the variable timing components operate improperly. This first causes idle issues then many times it wears out components on the right side cylinder head causing a failure of the cam shaft bearing surfaces. That will circulate small metal particles throughout the engine which will ruin it. The 5.4 was a great engine if properly serviced, it was also a horrible engine if it was neglected.
