Is there a way to disconnect the anti theft. My car will start and start and will not turn over and they say it is the Anti Theft.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car turns over and over but will not start. I think it has something to do with the anti
theft device. Can you tell me how to fix this

Our 2008 Malibu died while I was driving. I had to roll back off the highway onto a side street. It would crank and crank but wouldn’t start. Anyway, it turned out to be a blown fuse that feeds the ignition coils. We replaced the fuse and it’s been running great since then.
