I blow my 04 5.4 triton up was wondering if I could
put a 2003 5 4 Triton Motor Inn without having to
do anything

You cannot swap a 2V Triton for a 3V Triton. Stick to your year or maybe a year or two newer. Be aware that there are a lot of variations of the Triton so not all engines will swap.
