F150 vibratation

Just bought 04 150 with 272 kms . Trucks starts to vibrate
almost like jerks sometime while driving. Engine light was
on which said some codes about timing belt.

Those codes could be due to a bad sensor, but could also be due to a bad timing belt. At your mileage, may be time to evaluate motor for timing belt replacement or rebuild.

There is no timing belt but maybe you have a problem with the cam phasers. If so look in to a cam phaser elimination kit. Are you driving in 4WD?
