2002 hesitates while accelerating

it only does this while accelerating and is fine once up to speed.  Doesn't do it while
the engine is cold and no check engine light is coming on

127000 miles and its a sealed trans system cant check it!

Fuel pump and filter was just replaced at the end of Oct. Check engine light now has come on but its the PO300 Random/Multiple cylinder misfiring!
