Car has trouble going over 25pmh

Car dont want to go over 25 mph it has a hard time
geting to that then when it gets over 25 the engine
light blinks and it acts funny i have codes it gives
me it gives me a egr code and one for cylinder 2
misfire. I have changed the coil packs and spark
plugs and plugs wires and still nothing helps. Can
anyone help me

have someone rev. the motor and see if a healthy blast of exhaust comes out the back , you may have a clogged up converter , see if injectors are firing or inspect for build up
You might be in "Limp mode", meaning the engine's computer is limiting revs until whatever is ailing it gets fixed.
Get all the codes and address each one and hopefully your problem will be solved.
Egr could have a chunk of carbon blocking it open. Remove egr and look ay the pintle to see if it is closed all the way.
If your service engine light goes from on to flashing when you are trying to get up to speed then yes you very well could have a plugged convertor.
