i was given these numbers from the sticker on my engine E1900-191002-69636068.and i need to know what type engine this is as i am having a problem getting it up and running as it was put in before i bought the truck and is not the same as original f150 04 4.6 l

Since it not the original we can't use the VIN. Maybe try this site:http://www.fordification.com/tech/engineID-V8.htm ..but there are way too many numbers. Also check this site to ID the block http://www.fordification.com/tech/castingnumbers-FEblock.htm and see this also: http://automotivemileposts.com/ford/fordpartnumbers.html
Try to find a number cast in to the block, I know that won't be easy.. and for the time being forget the sticker. I really really searched and those numbers are nowhere to be found.........click to size up
Can you take a picture of the engine, maybe several and post them? I am kinda good at id'ing Ford truck engines
