How do you report  a scammer I was recently
interested in a truck email the seller can't call me
gave him my number but he refused to call but
continues to email ask him where I could come
and look at the truck he said he was in the military I
could have it shipped to me told him I would have
to talk to one of my family members about the
procedure they are in the military went back online
to check the truck out again the VIN number has
been changed along with the mileage

Deals to ship you the car are always scams. Try emailing him back that you will pay for the car once it arrives!

If it's email only kind of deal, don't even bother. SCAMMER!
