Your PCM may have to relearn many perimeters after the battery is removed and power is lost to the PCM. It could be noticeable or not once the battery is reinstalled. Check on the net for instructions on how to reset the learned values for the PCM for your particular make and model. Then, after resetting, you will have to take it for a few mile drive at various speeds to complete the relearn.
