Was the battery you put in it new? Are all the connections clean and tight? I would double check connections and voltage on the battery.

I turn key and get 3 things: air bag light Speedometer jumps from 10-25 mph A humming/buzzing from somewhere around fuel tank NOTHING ELSE WORKS IE LIGHTS, RELAY OR DASH SOUNDS, DASH LIGHTS NOTHING ELSE WORKS Tried charged battery Cleaned and di electric greased about 10 grounds, included main all the way to starter and behind both kick panels Used 2nd key Used factory keypad CANT SHIFT FROM PARK, CHROME FINGER HANDLE ON AUTO GEAR SHIFT WONT DEPRESS will try a test on command start module Remove trans selection switch from under truck on driver side trans and then cycle the gears with part in hand and check linkage bar/try to shift in truck before reinstall Use Google for PATS, check that. Will update later. Please chime in with helpful links or advice. Thanks

It’s either the battery terminal , fuse, or connection. The battery you used could have been weak if it’s anytbing less than the cranking amps the truck calls for it will do that too. Even a new battery can be too weak for it. Triple check all of that it’s 100% electric on the battery side

My headlights were coming on by themselves. Power doors stopped working. Switched out relays and they would work intermittently, then stop. Clicking noise by fuel tank. Door chiming wouldn't stop. Removed the 107 fuse - 30A and the clicking by gas tank stopped as did the door chiming. Radio background lights would dim by themselves. Dashboard would say doors ajar eventhough they were closed. Took my 2005 Ford F-150 to the Ford Dealer on 2/25/2019. I was told the fuse box is faulty as it has moisture inside. New fuse box, fuses and relays are being replaced. I hope this helps.

Also check the PCM ground. It was located under the driver side kick panel on our 2004 F150. We didn't have any interior lights, dash gauges or door chime. Only had a chirping sound when we turned the key. Also had PCM error when connected to the reader. When we finally located the hidden ground wire it was in a rusty location. Relocating that ground connection fixed our problem.
