how do i change front brake pads on 2005 f-150 fx off road

Jack it up and use jack stands for safety. Remove the wheels and then remove the two bolts that hold the caliper on. Remove the old pads and compress the piston back. I use a big C clamp for this but there are other tools for this purpose. I clean and lube the caliper slides while it is apart. Install the new pads and bolt the caliper back on. I use locktite on the caliper bolts. For more detailed information there are Youtube videos.
