Maybe some wrong with wiring circuit on hinge side of driver door? That wire harness probably has a protective covering of some kind, see if you can move covering back far enough to get at proper wire colors. Lt blue wire with black tracer is voltage. The solid black wire is ground. Use a test light and check them both, when problem is ongoing. Replace wires if needed. You open and shut the driver door so much, it works that harness every time.
