If oil pressure drops engine will cut off, by design. Check what caused oil pressure to drop like that, could just be a clogged sending unit. Change oil, filter, maybe remove sending unit, clean and test sensor. If oil looks really bad degunking engine may be in order.
Yesterday my oil pressure dropped a couple times but jumped right back up. Today it dropped and trucked died and now won't crank back up.
