Is it just the drivers side windows? Or all 4? It says both in the question.

when you replaced the switch did you check to see if you had power to it on the light blue and black wire? I would also check the boot between the body and the door for any broken wires.

Don't have meter to check for power on blue and black wires but I did check for any broken wires and didn't see any.

Invest in an inexpensive voltage meter or a simple 12Volt light, a socket, and two pieces of electrical wire stripped on the ends to check for voltage. The only way to start is to determine if voltage is getting to the switch on the drivers side door.
