BRAKE LIGHTS AND TAILLIGHTS WILL NOT WORK WHEN HEADLIGHTS ARE ON

MY TAIL LIGHT AND BRAKE LIGHTS AND SIGNALS WORK AS THEY
SHOULD WHEN HEAD LIGHT SWITCH IS IN OFF POSTION. AS SOON AS I
TURN ON HEAD LIGHTS MY TAIL LIGHTS SIGNAL LIGHTS AND BRAKE
LIGHT WILL NOT WORK. ANY IDEA WHAT THIS COULD BE?

It sounds like your losing your ground circuit for the rear lights when you put a load on by turning on the lights your ground is lost. If you have trailer plug in check to make sure it isn't corroaded also check the ground circuit for the rear lights
