Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn my running lights on my instrument
cluster lights will turn on if I do it slowly but when I
turn my headlights on all my running and park lights
and instrument cluster lights turn off. I use to be
able to turn them on by releasing my ebrake when it
would clunk. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Update. Pulled the switch and I believe part of my problem was that the switch was corroded
