I would retrieve the DTC's and see what error codes exist. Check your fuses, power supplies and grounds. Could rodents have chewed you wiring harness? There is a long list of possibilities here. The fuel injectors should have 12 volts to them whenever the key is in the run position. The computer provides ground to fire them.
