No offense, but if you need ask, you should get a manual. A Chiltons or whatever for step by step. It will have all the torque specs in it that you will need also. You must pull the shifter out from inside cab, pull transmission out, unbolt pressure plate from flywheel, inspect flywheel..if it has blue scorches or gouges, you need either a new flywheel or have yours resurfaced, don't skip that to save a few bucks. With new clutch should come with plastic dummy shaft to line the disc up when new pressure plate is bolted on but not tight yet. Buy a new throwout bearing if it does not come with the pressure plate and disc. This is a general guide of the fundamentals what I am posting, there is much more to it, too much for me to write it all out.
as has been stated, lots of work that you won't want to repeat. go ahead and have the flywheel resufaced and replace the pilot bearing.
