Where does the spare tire
mount when it won't fit in
the back under the bed
because of the second

Sounds like an auxiliary tank was mounted in the spare tire space (like a Titan), unfortunately the spare tire is completely eliminated. You can carry it in the bed or cab, or get a donut kit.

Look on Amazon, you can get a spare tire bracket to mount inside the bed, or one for over the tailgate.
