99 f250 7.3 no start

I was leaking diesel fuel out of my drain valve so I
changed the water separator drained the fuel bowl
put everything back together then went to start it
and no start I'm stuck and need help

Take the fuel filter cap off and turn the key on. Let it fill most of the way up then turn the key back off and pit the filter cap back on. If you see lots of air bubbles while it's filling the bowl then something isn't sealed right. It's best with 2 people for this, you may have to cycle the key as Idk if the pump stays on all the time or just primes until it is cranked.
