First, a 6.0's glow plugs are NOT under the valve cover. Second he only has codes for glow plug 2 and 5 nut that's not the reason for the no start. P2614 and 2617 are cam/crank codes. They can be set simply by the truck stalling or sometimes being crabked for extended periods of time, p2290 is more serious and should be eliminated before worring about the others. P2290 is low injector pressure, that needs to be adressed. First check your oil, these runs off high pressure oil, so no oil means no pressure, if the oil pressure gauge on the dash rises while cranking then the low pressure oil is good, then next It could be a bad icp, unplug it and try to start it. 2004 is a half year either your icp is on the passenger side valve cover or behind the turbo mounted on the hpop housing. Chances are it's that second one. If that's the case these trucks arnt diy frendly, I would suggest taking it to a diesel shop, and I repeat DIESEL SHOP. I've had way too many trucks come to me from another shop that just royally screwed things up.
