Every time I turn heater on
trailblazer runs ruff stall and
dies out ..runs fine when not
on can't turn the blower motor
on and resistor fine

Couple of things here. When you say heater, you have defroster on too correct? This is classic symptom of dirty throttle body. If you turn the AC on, you'll get the same symptoms correct? Unhook fuses 10 and 28 under the hood, remove the throttle body and clean. The other problem appears you can't turn the blower motor on? Depending on your controls, auto or manual it could be the resistor or climate control module, but if you say they're fine, then look towards the connectors that go into the resistor. These are famous for melting internally which will cause your symptom.
