My lights on my 02 trailblazer wont trun off
when I shut my car off ive changed the
switch but they still stay on

Steven, to narrow it down. When this happens again, swap relay # 45, with #46. See what that does for you. If it solves your problem, replace HDM relay. There's actually a recall for it.

Thought this diagram might help? You can see relays and headlamp fuses. I did see some headlamp trouble codes, these are B type codes, manufacturer specific. You would need a code reader that will read manufacturer specific codes. The headlamp switch isn't in this diagram, the headlamp switch is monitored by the bcm, when you turn on head lamp switch it completes a ground and the bcm knows you turned on the headlamp switch and reacts accordingly. Just my opinion.
