What if the stick were you put the
transmission fluid was sticking out
would that put air in your transmission
to make it not pass 2nd gear

never, overfilling will though and causing bubbles and bubbles cause a squishy band apply like air in the brakes and not holding firm causing slipping and burn out, not passing 2nd gear is a pressure problem, low fluid, clogged filter, , speed sensor
