my ford f350 truck wont turn over but everything else works on the truck?

when we try to start the truck, we just hear a clicking noise and it wont turn over and start,
but when we turn the lights on or turn the radio on it works. what should i do?

Gas or diesel? If it's the 7.3 diesel you will need both batteries equally charged.
Gas, 7.2 L engine. Energizing the solenoid engages the starter. Problem must be in the start sequence. Art.

Fuse #20 was not seated properly. Reseating cured the problem.
We changed starter still won't start have new battery also
How can I obtain a fuse diagram?
My truck will not start up an it's a 1999 f 350 super duty..
