6.0 desel would not start changed fuelfilters started ran fine few days turnedoff now will not start again any suggestions

I filled truck with BIODIESEL in the winter did not drive much but it was hard to start . in the spring seemed to run fine .i used it one day an the next day would not start I changed fuel filters it started an ran fine a few days turned off one day next day would start again cranks but will not start

did you have any oil pressure? also make sure your injectors are not clogged and you are getting fuel to the engine

you also might get the compression checked, the 6.0l are known for having head bolt problems the causes them to loose compression and as you probably know, no compression, no startin.

FICM. If you are anywhere close or in NJ, Ultra Equipment, LLC. Barnegat, NJ 609 698 7900. IN DESPERATION I CALLED THEM. No one. And I mean no one could get this 2006 6.0 to start. In 1 hour they had it purring. I was willing to pay big to get it fixed. But it just needed a FICM. HEAD MECHANIC THERE IS A GENIUS!!!! They are a truck fab. place. Beds, plows, etc. Repair work trucks only. The shot the guys can do blew my mind. John and Matt. I made a point to speak with owner. He knows what he's got. He takes good care of them. What an awesome place !! Hidden on rt. 72. 2011 6.7 CATASTROPHIC ENG. Failure. Locked up. No they said. Oil leaked into stater!! Fixed leak, replaced starter. I gave a dp for new motor.
