In a 2006 Ford Taurus will the heater still function if the a/c compressor disconnected

Yes,your window defrost will not work good because the AC pulls the humidity out of the air,but you will have heat.

yes your heat will work normally ..just think of it like your didn't come with a-c at all ...

How would I go about it, my compressor went out, that is the reason it got disconnected
