2006 Ford Taurus Horn not working, it is not the fuse

Make sure your clockspring (located within your steering wheel/steering column) is working. Check all buttons on your steering wheel. If another button is not working, your clockspring is to blame. I had this issue on my car. All the buttons won't stop working at once though because it's a gradual thing. But my horn was the first to go, then my cruise buttons, and then my steering wheel lights went out.
