Maybe fuse or relay check them all under hood n dash some have three sets not sure bout taurus check ur fuses n relays. Hopefully this is issue which is easy and fairly cheapest thing could be

With Relays, is there an easy way to check if they are good or bad without switching them around?

Alternator is new, starter is new, and battery is at 14.3 volts. It doesn't click or anything. It died while driving down the road. Tried jumping it and it cranked for just a second then stopped and wouldn't crank again. Towed it home and put a battery charger on it and tester and it shows 14.3 and won't click or crank over.

Hooked a cheaper code reader up to it at home and it'd scan but it ended up saying link error. It obviously would power up my code reader to read but won't tell me the codes. So their is power to the port but won't read and won't tell me the codes.
