Tow Honda CR-v on tow dolly

I have a front wheel drive 1999 Honda crv I need to tow it home. How do I tow it on a car dolly. I know I can tow it flat behind a MH, but I need to tow it behind a vecicle on a dolly. What are the setup procedures for this?

Put the front wheels on the dolly, put it in park and turn the ignition off remove the key, follow strapping procedures for the front wheels. Make sure the parking brake is OFF! The rear wheels turn freely because there is no drive axle connected to them.
