What exactly is the issue with your 2001 Honda CR-V??

My mechanic fixed my car and then i still need the driveshaft propeller replaced as well but because i spent so much already he have a slack by buying the part then he will install it for me so i went to the yard where the sell second hand parts and i got a 2004 honda crv driveshaft propeller, so would it fit into my suv?

Well...according to Consumer Reports, the CR-V was redesigned in 2002, this may or may not have affected the driveshaft propeller (probably not)...I would reach out to a mechanic to find out for certain (or you could ask on an online Honda CR-V forum..here's one: http://www.crvownersclub.com/forums/ ) I'd venture a guess that you might be ok though.
