The trany and the engine would be a concern along with any other maintenance that has not ben done like brakes, wheel bearings, CV axles, exhaust...etc.

Im currently driving a 2000 with almost 300,000 miles and still going as long as it seems to be running good with no leaks and the price is right go for it..

Yes, you are asking for problems. You likely have no idea on how that car was driven or maintained. Knowing the service history is important to lessen the odds on this gamble.
