passenger side headlight needs to be replaced

I can tell you that hubby changed out both of mine on a 2004 CRV, and below is the link for the instructions that were followed. Seems to me that he said that there were more screws than the description mentioned, but he did get it done. (www.fixya.com/cars/t1419428- change_whole_headlight_assembly_05_honda). As well, found a great price on the headlights at Bill Kay Honda. Thanks, I did replace them. Did he have to adjust the lights also?
