My horn in my Honda Odyssey started sounding muted. There was a flood here this week, and we drove through some water. Could water be in it? Do I just wait for it to dry out?

Water probly just got up into the horn, wait a week and see if it dries out and goes back to normal. A replacment horn is cheap and easy to replace if needed.
