I have a 01 Chevy Blazer with the 4.3 v-6... It appears to have a blown intake manifold gasket. There is oil in the coolant. No water in the crankcase. What's the easiest fix???

That is a blown head gasket, not an intake gasket. You need to fix it before more serious damage happens.
Can you see what color the oil is? If it is a blown head gasket, coolant would be in the oil, or white smoke coming out the exhaust. Usually one or the other.
