2001 Chevy blazer wont start

It turns over but wont start have lights and power.
What could it be

Check to make sure you're getting a spark. If it's working correctly then check for see if you getting fuel.

Sorry battery is new. It turns over just doesnt start. We have replaced the charcoal filter on it about 5 months ago.

engines uses spark, air,and fuel if you can figure out what it's not getting it should solve your problem. you mentioned that the charcoal filter was changed, did you mean the canister?
