I wouldn't recommend going too far. You could wear your tire odd, damage the axle, damage the brake assembly, or do even worse. I'd say you could drive it maybe 400-600 more miles, depending on how long you've had it. Source: I had to replace the bearing hub on my '04 altima, they don't recommend driving very far with a bad one.
