Ring that that the air cleaner sits on

I  am buying this truck and it needs some love.
There is a ring that goes around the tbi that the
stock air cleaner is supposed to sit on, what is that
ring called and do you know where I can get one?

No It's a ring that sits around TBI and then a black gasket on top of adopter, then air cleaner. A local parts shop should be able to help you out.
