The engine is still very hot and no air is going through the radiator because the car is no longer moving. This is common on the smaller aluminum engines ... in fact on some very hot summer days the car may be parked and the Sun gets the engine compartment so hot the fan will come on all by itself

its the middle of winter and the truck has only been driven 10 minutes. too hot?

Kristi ... No one on this site is a mind reader, The only pay we get is satisfaction from helping people. Please don't assume that we know where you live ... for all we know you could be in the Sahara desert. .... Perhaps some one else can help you ... pray that they do because I won't
