Won't start all new parts

Have a 1997 Chevy s-10 4.3 V6 . Got new fuel pump , fuel
filter, coil, wires, plugs, cap rotor ,spider injection unit new
gas but won't start and run . Put gas or starting fluid and it
will run for a little while. When fuel or starting fluid wear off
engine stops . I'm thinking the ecm or mass airflow sensor.
