Battery put in backwards

So i installed my new battery in backwards
on my standard 97 chevy s10 now ive been
trying to locate a inline fuse or main fuse or
somthing i cant find anything as fare as i
can tell there is only the interior fuse box all
fuses in there are good were do i need to
look to find what to fix trucks not doing
anything tryed following power cable i loose
it when it goes und the engine block were
should i look

you need a multi tester , you can't see electricity , you cooked something , computer , ignition who knows
