99 chevy s10 2.2 low fuel pressure
replaced pump and regulator pressure is still low 40 psi susposed to be 58 to 64 i pluged
the return to make sure pump whould push enough pressure it does no problem changed
reg ulator again same prob

was this the pressure before you replaced the pump? check for clogged fuel filter
If it has a rubber fuel line any part of it.Check for kinks or collapsed spots.Run your fingers up and down the. rubber line and feel for a soft spor were it could colapse
