I have a 2000 S-10 the fuel guage goes from full to low fuel off and on, how do I shut off or what is the problem with the service engine soon is on

These sound like two separate issues. Service engine soon light is on due to a code being set. You will need a code reader to find out why that light is on. The low fuel light goin on and off. Fuel guage goin up and down is most likely the fuel level sender which is part of the fuel pump. The whole pump assembly would need to be replaced. Good luck and i hope this info helps.

fuel pump for sure. mine has been replaced twice already.
