What doTIRE RATING numbers mean

MY OLD TIREs ARE 108t RATING.MY NEW ONES ARE 105T i know that is load rating difference of about 200 pounds.will that affect my handling speed rating etc.I don't haul heavy loads.and will it affect my ride?

T is the speed rating (118 mph) 105 = 2039 pounds, 108 = 2205 pounds.
