01 S10 Nightmare Truck

Quick history: 01 S10 4.3 vortex 4x4
192000 miles. Motor swap a year ago 95000 on
motor.  Recently  rebuilt 4l60e transmission.
Recent tune-up within the month. New button cap
plugs wires t stat hoses vac hoses.  Idles fine
misses bad during acceleration.  Codes coming up
are as follows P1345 Camshaft position
correlation fault.  P0134 O2 sensor. P0401 insuff.
Egr. P1133 O2 insuff switching. P0133 O2 slow
response. Replaced Camshaft position sensor  to
no avail.  Have had shops around here do previous
work and they are shady to say the least. Any ideas
where to start would be greatly appreciated

Biggest one here is camshaft correlation. It means the cam sensor or crank sensor are not reading right. You changed the cam sensor. You can try the crank sensor. But most of the time this code means the timing chain has slipped a tooth. The o2 codes can be cause by it running like crap
