I have a 2002 Chevy S-10 ZR5 and I am wanting to go from a P235/75R15 to a
P265/65R18 and my question is can I do it without a lift kit, or do I need a lift kit and if so
how many inches?

Yes you will need a lift. I have 2'' body lift and 3'' suspension lift and 31s on 15'' rims still rub. I'm guessing 3'' body lift and 6'' suspension will get you close.
