Smoke out of dip stick tube

2003 s10 crew cab,smoke in tube, going up hill, low power but high rpm.no
burning smell,or bad smoke out of exhaust,no leaks

Smoke out of your oil dipstick tube can mean only one thing, bad rings. Combustion gases are blowing by and getting into the crankcase. Low power is another indicator of this. A compression test on each cylinder will tell you which ones are bad.
