RR tail light and side marker light not working-RR brake and turn signal working

both fuses tested good, ground to frame on RR good. What is the proper way to test the sockets? How are the grounds connected between turn, brake, tail, and side marker ? Not getting voltage to the brown wire at tail light socket.
