Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It's a 2001 G3500 2dr extended and it wants to go from normal to real hot especially now that it has warmed up here in Arizona.  I thought that maybe a bubble in the lines but have run it for hours with the radiator open and still wants to over heat.  HELP!!
