I am looking at purchasing a 2003 Chevrolet S10 LS Ext. Cab 2WD with 152k miles, excellent carfax (no accidents) for $3500 from a dealership. Is this a good price to pay?

How many more years are you expecting to drive this one....cut out the major expenses like a timing belt, accessory belt and new tires....or tack on dealing with these parts replacements subtracted from his asking price would be an advisable way to make sure it's totally roadworthy and capable of another 100,000 miles~get it checked out by a pro...sometimes these can be welded together out of a few vehicles...inspect....there is no harm in makin' sure it's all on the level...NO surprises please~
2003 Look at kelly blue book. That seams like a high price to me for that with that many miles on it. Like Roy says There is alot of other things you need to concider. carfax will tell you about accidents not the maintaince in the vihicale
You do not know what engine is in it? I would check that out first before i would make an offer
